Walter Kraslow graduated from Hofstra University School of Law. Mr. Kraslow subsequently attended New York University School of Law, from which he received a graduate law degree in constitutional and criminal law. He has also attended the University of Miami School of Law's graduate tax program.

Mr. Kraslow concentrates in transactional and corporate practice and has acquired extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, real-estate acquisition and development, and franchising and licensing, as well as other intellectual-property matters, particularly relating to trademark and technology issues.

Mr. Kraslow is a member of various Bar organizations focusing on business and intellectual property law.
